A licensed Master Falconer, Kitty Irene Carroll and Accipiter Enterprises had a great educational show at Trade Days in Trade, TN which featured several beautiful birds. In her show Birds of the Gauntlet™, Kitty allows many of her birds to fly freely, demonstrating their speed and skill while she presents a brief history of falconry and background information on each of their varied species of birds.
