I was so glad to get out today and see so many butterflies where I live. The past two years have been bad for them on Sugarloaf but this year–not so much. There have been Frittilaries, Skippers, Appalachain Swallowtails, Monarchs and others I don't know the names of, but are contributing. It's a welcome site for these pollinators. I have also noticed some different looking bees, other than the honey and normal bumble bees, that have sparked my interest. At any rate, it is great to see them.
